School-Based Team TimeAs we prepare for Year 2, each lab school team will engage in a structured reflection on its inaugural year. Using a simple continuous improvement protocol, teams will celebrate successes, identify opportunities for growth, and begin shaping priorities for the year ahead. This conversation is designed to capture lessons learned, strengthen collaboration, and inform the Center's professional learning, partnership development, and network supports for the coming year. Reflection Questions
One thing we'll stop – What practice, process, or approach is no longer serving our work?
One thing we'll continue – What has been most impactful that we should build upon?
One thing we'll try – What new idea, innovation, or improvement do we want to test this year?
Professional Learning Needs – What knowledge, skills, or supports would most benefit our team?
Industry Partnership Ideas – What partnerships or authentic learning experiences would strengthen opportunities for students and educators?
Outcome: Each team will leave with a concise set of priorities that will inform school planning, network collaboration, and CEIO supports throughout the 2026–2027 school year.
